You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, and have at least two years of professional experience as a nurse. It is a merit to have completed or ongoing courses in acute care, intensive care, or other specialized care. Experience with the Cosmic medical records system or other digital care systems. Knowledge of minority languages or other languages is also a merit. Experience from acute care, for example emergency departments, postoperative care, intermediate care, or monitoring units. Experience working in multidisciplinary teams is an advantage. Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have self-awareness. You have good collaboration skills as you value and see the benefit of working with others. You are calm and composed in stressful or demanding situations. What you will be working with As a trainee nurse at the intensive care unit in Sunderby, you will become part of an engaged and competent work group that cares for both adults and children with failure of vital functions. You work in a team together with doctors, intensive care nurses, and nursing assistants, where cooperation and patient safety are in focus.
