Read more about their responses here. About the role You are the central figure in the residents' health and medical care services and work to provide quality of life. You are responsible for ensuring that medical prescriptions are followed. You regularly conduct risk assessments and follow-ups to ensure good quality in operations. Collaboration and support You are part of a team with care staff, nurses, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist. An important role for you is to coach and train care staff so that together you give each resident as good a life as possible. In this you work closely with the facility's group managers who are responsible for care staff. Our group managers also coach and work together with the teams in daily operations. Getting to know the residents Understanding the residents' wishes and noticing small changes in their health and medical conditions is often crucial for correct assessments and decisions. Your experience and knowledge You are a licensed nurse and we would like to see that you have worked a few years in elderly care. Our residents are often suffering from multiple conditions and this requires that you have both comprehensive knowledge of various diseases and conditions as well as an interest in the aging person. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are important.
