The role encompasses regular duties as a nurse/district nurse. You work daily with home visits and coordinate care services for your patient group. We are looking for someone who enjoys working independently, feels secure in your professional role, and has the ability to collaborate and cooperate. You are a district nurse or registered nurse. You have a strong commitment to patient safety and see it as your clear responsibility to contribute to a positive work environment with the ambition to help us deliver high-quality care.
