We are now seeking an engaged and confident nurse for the Social Administration with placement in assisted living facilities. About the Position As a nurse in assisted living, you play a central role in creating security, safe care, and good quality of life for our residents. You work closely with care staff, occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, and family members to ensure person-centered care with the individual's needs in focus. With us, you will have independent and varied work where you have the opportunity to influence, develop, and contribute your expertise in an operation that values quality, collaboration, and care. For this position, evening shifts and every fourth weekend shift are required. During evening and weekend shifts, you work across all the municipality's areas of responsibility (Home Health Care, Assisted Living, and LSS). Since we are a relatively small municipality and nursing unit, employees need to switch their main focus area when the operation's needs require it. This work approach fosters team spirit, strong collegial cohesion, and knowledge exchange becomes a natural part of our daily work. Your Responsibilities Manage health and medical care services in accordance with applicable legislation. Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on nursing interventions. Guide and support nursing staff in health and medical care matters. Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide the best possible care for each individual. Contribute to the operation's quality and development work. We Are Looking for You If You Are a licensed nurse. Have a genuine interest in elderly care and person-centered care. Are responsible, flexible, and have good collaboration skills. Can work independently and make well-founded decisions. Have a professional and respectful manner.
