Join us to create a safe and secure journey through healthcare for the patient! Your Responsibilities The Resource Unit's mission is to replace regular staff during their absence. We work primarily within inpatient care but have also started being booked by outpatient services. In the future, there are plans for us to potentially offer our services to primary care as well. Initially, we offer you an onboarding period, which we tailor to your needs, across the 7 somatic care units that are part of our base departments. After that, you have the opportunity to expand your own personal focus based on your interests and needs. For your versatility and flexibility, there is a salary supplement; more information about this can be provided when we meet. Your Qualifications You are a registered nurse with at least one year of experience as a nurse in somatic inpatient care who sees it as a matter of course to work based on the nurse's core competencies.
