Registered Nurse at LARO Clinic in Lund We are expanding our operations and seeking a registered nurse for our LARO clinic in Lund. Effective May 1, 2026, the operations will be conducted under a new agreement according to LOU on behalf of Region Skåne. While the contractual form is new, the operations and team are not. Our employees have worked together within LARO for a long time. There are established work methods, good knowledge of the patient population, and close collaboration between professions. Medication-Assisted Treatment for Opioid Dependence (LARO) combines medication treatment with psychological and psychosocial interventions and is regulated by the National Board of Health and Welfare's regulations and national knowledge support. We offer structured, evidence-based, and respectful treatment where the patient's quality of life and long-term rehabilitation are at the center. At the clinic, we work closely together in a multiprofessional team. The management works clinically on-site and consists of two nurses and a medically responsible physician. The team is characterized by high competence, clear structures, and a shared focus on quality and patient safety. Duties The work involves standard nursing tasks in psychiatry and addiction care and takes place in close collaboration with other professions on the team. The duties include, among other things: medication management blood sampling patient follow-up counseling support documentation and evaluation collaboration with other healthcare providers and community actors About You We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You are a reliable, organized, and collaborative person who thrives with teamwork and has a respectful approach in interactions with patients and colleagues. Experience in psychiatry, addiction care, or LARO is advantageous but not required. Employment degree and start date can be discussed by agreement. Placement is mainly in Lund. There may also be a need for some work between our units in Lund and/or Landskrona, depending on operational needs. We apply a six-month probationary period and request extracts from the criminal record register. We also conduct regular license verification for employees in licensed professions.
