We are now recruiting licensed nurses for our municipal primary care – an operation where you make a real difference. About the Position As a nurse in municipal primary care, you work independently and in a team to provide qualified health and medical care in patients' homes or in special housing. You meet patients of all ages with varying needs, which provides a broad and stimulating role. Your work includes, among other things: Assessment, planning, and follow-up of care interventions Medication management and medical treatments Cooperation with doctors, rehabilitation staff, and care personnel Guidance and support to care staff Participating in and developing close care work Documentation in accordance with applicable legislation We Offer Independent and developmental work. Work Duties Standard tasks within home care nursing. Work independently and in a team with assessment and interventions. Perform medical procedures. Delegate and guide care staff. Work in close cooperation with care staff, unit managers, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing colleagues. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Is a licensed nurse Is confident in your role as a nurse Has the ability to work independently and make decisions Has a structured approach to work and can prioritize in a varied workday Has good collaboration skills and contributes to a positive team climate It is meritorious if you have: Experience in municipal health and medical care or primary care Specialist education in a relevant field Great weight is placed on personal suitability. B driver's license __________________________ For positions requiring licensure/valid proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare of a protected professional title, this must be submitted before employment. Language assessment is conducted for certain professional groups before employment can become relevant. A criminal record check is conducted for all positions within the social administration.
