Your role with us: As a nurse at Kattens Läkargrupp, you will work with telephone advice, triage, and reception duties. You'll become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of district doctors, ST doctors, physiotherapists, a counselor & therapist, district and nurses, nursing assistants, a rehabilitation coordinator, an occupational therapist, and medical secretaries – all with the same goal: to be the health center with a big heart! Teamwork is a natural part of our daily routine. Through clear team organization, we create structure and security, while daily multidisciplinary check-ins provide space for collaboration, dialogue, and shared decisions regarding patient care. We use the journal system PMO, and we'd like to see that you're familiar with this system. Who are we looking for? We're looking for you – a licensed nurse with a few years of professional experience. Experience from primary care or municipal home nursing is a merit, but not a requirement. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, have good interpersonal skills, and always put the patient first – whether the interaction is by phone or at the reception. Equally important to us is that you want to contribute to a positive, open, and unpretentious work environment. We are a medium-sized health center in western Trelleborg with good accessibility and ample parking. Kattens Hälsocenter is centrally located approximately a 10-minute walk from the health center and works closely with Valens Hälsocenter.
