Your role with us As a nurse in home care, you meet patients in their own homes and have overall responsibility for patients with various diagnoses and care needs. In your role, you work both independently and in multidisciplinary teams together with nursing assistants and rehabilitation staff. It is an asset if you also have experience with the Lifecare documentation system. B driver's license for manual transmission is a requirement.
