Are you a nurse seeking secure employment in a stable team? Home Healthcare is part of the municipal primary care. We are a large and cheerful group of nurses and nursing assistants who support and help each other. Our team is both innovative and development-oriented; we grow based on needs and you can independently prioritize and structure your workday. We are now seeking additional colleagues who want to complement our team in Hudiksvall. Home Healthcare is based in Hudiksvall and Delsbo. In our teams, we work alongside occupational and physical therapists as well as nurses specializing in functional disabilities. We have close collaboration with nurses at residential care facilities. As a new employee, you will receive an extensive introduction and a mentor. You will also have support from our team leader, who serves as a hub within home healthcare and has good knowledge of our routines and workflows. Work Duties Within home healthcare, we visit and care for enrolled patients in their own homes, performing everything from simple assessments to advanced palliative care. We work with, among other things, PICc lines, ports, drains, and dressing changes. You have overall patient responsibility for the care of your patients. The work also includes disease prevention and guidance of care personnel. We work mainly during daytime, except for an average of one evening shift per week and on-call duty every fourth weekend. For full-time work, the weekly working time is 37.25 h. We have a fixed rotating base schedule of 8 weeks and a dedicated staffing planner. Your Profile We see an advantage in being structured, calm, and confident in your role as a nurse. We would like you to have good ability to collaborate, plan, and prioritize. We would appreciate if you have experience working with palliative care and telephone counseling. Nurse licensure and a driver's license are required. Good Swedish language skills are necessary, as is proficiency in handling various digital patient systems. Previous experience working in home healthcare is a merit.
