Welcome to our cheerful team! About the Position As a nursing care responsible nurse, you will work as one of three nurses at Birgittagården. You are nursing care responsible for approximately 25 residents, which means you need to have a comprehensive view of these individuals. Together with the team consisting of a doctor, occupational and physical therapists, nursing assistants, care attendants, and unit manager, you will make decisions and follow up on the measures implemented. Together with the other nurses, we also develop routines that facilitate the work, and our goal is to work consistently across all our units. Work shifts are currently scheduled during daytime, with weekend duty every sixth week. We currently have dedicated nurses working evenings and nights, but some evening shifts may become relevant in case of changes. Your work tasks include: Nursing care with a focus on elderly care and dementia. Supervise care staff in various nursing care matters. Delegate tasks to care staff. Provide telephone advice. Deliver person-centered care, manage BPSD and provide palliative care through NVP. Round work. Team meetings. About You For this position you need: Be a licensed nurse. Hold a driver's license and have driving experience. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. It is meritious if you also have: Further education within elderly care/palliative care. Experience working in elderly care facilities. About Us Birgittagården is centrally located in Rimbo and has approximately 70 apartments with staffing around the clock, year-round.
