You're warmly welcome to Lasarettet in Enköping! Our Operations Our emergency department, with approximately 26,800 visits/year, plays a central role in the hospital's operations. The emergency department is available 24/7 for acute visits and serves as the hospital's center for disaster preparedness. We treat patients of all ages with various diagnoses, many of whom are children. Your Assignment We're now seeking a licensed nurse who has worked for some years and is eager for new challenges. We use individualized onboarding, which means we tailor the introduction to your needs. During your introduction and first year, you'll participate in advanced CPR, scenario training, recurring training days, and follow-up meetings with our training nurse. We also provide long-term competency development through training in ATSS (Acute Trauma Care for Nurses), AMLS (Advanced Medical Life Support), and advanced CPR for both children and adults. Your Qualifications You are a licensed nurse with at least one year of experience. Experience from acute care is a merit. Your Competencies You have a strong desire to learn and develop, and you thrive with taking on responsibility independently. You believe that good communication and collaboration with colleagues, patients, family members, and other departments are central to the role of a nurse.
