Registered nurse sought for nursing unit specializing in stroke, rehabilitation, and geriatric care Would you like to work in a varied care environment where acute patient management is combined with rehabilitation and long-term patient care? We are now seeking a registered nurse for a position on a nursing unit focused on stroke, geriatric, and rehabilitation care during fall 2026. About the Assignment You will work on a unit with broad expertise and diverse patient groups. The operations include, among other things: Acute stroke care Geriatric care Rehabilitation Orthopedic rehabilitation Patient care and medical follow-up Work is conducted in close collaboration with nursing assistants, physicians, rehabilitation staff, and other professionals on the team. Period & Scope Period: week 36–40 Scope: approximately 246 hours Working hours according to schedule; day/evening/weekend shifts may occur We Are Looking for You Are a registered nurse Have experience from inpatient care, geriatrics, or rehabilitation Are confident in independent work and patient assessments Have good collaboration skills and professional demeanor Thrive in an environment with varied care needs and patient flow Meritorious: Experience in stroke care Experience in rehabilitation work Experience with medical record systems in inpatient care Requirements Before Presentation The following documents must be available before presentation: Updated CV Copy of professional license Adult CPR certification Two current references from your most recent assignments or positions What VårdIX Offers At VårdIX, we work with clear terms, close contact, and transparent communication throughout the entire assignment.
