About the Assignment As a nurse in home healthcare, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on health and medical care interventions for patients in their own homes. Your tasks include, among other things: Medical assessments and nursing care interventions Medication management Scheduled and emergency home visits Telephone advice Coordination with doctors, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare providers Documentation in the Combine medical records system You work independently with significant personal responsibility while being part of an experienced and supportive team. We Are Looking for You Requirements: Are a licensed nurse or district nurse Have at least 3 years of professional experience Have a driver's license (Class B) Have access to your own car for travel to and from the workplace Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Meritorious: Experience in home healthcare Experience in municipal health and medical care Experience with the Combine medical records system Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is confident in your professional role, takes responsibility, and is solution-oriented.
