In your role as a registered nurse, you focus on acute care and quality nursing. About the Workplace The diagnoses on 4C are mainly stroke, TIA, and neurological diseases. All departments of the medical clinic share a common responsibility for caring for general internal medicine patients. Our team consists of different professional categories: doctors, registered nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, dietitians, social workers, psychologists, medical secretaries, and staff from care-related services—all are equally important. Starting this fall, our team will also include a department pharmacist. The department has 21 care beds distributed across 3 units. Patient care length varies, but averages 3.5 days. 4C is tasked with acute care management, and any rehabilitation takes place at home or in Halmstad. The workplace is constantly evolving, and we are always curious about how work methods can be developed and improved. Scheduling is done in the Tessa system where we share responsibility for meeting operational needs. About You We are looking for someone who is a licensed registered nurse. You have good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. We value good teamwork skills, a professional and humble approach, and that you contribute to creating a good work environment.
