The Welfare Administration's mission is to help people who, due to age, functional limitations, financial or family problems, need various forms of support and assistance. The Welfare Administration consists of three departments: Care and Services, Support, and Family Services (IFO). The Care and Services Department includes units within elderly care homes, home care, and municipal primary health care. The Support Department includes LSS services. The Family Services Department consists of social services, employment services, social psychiatry, and the assistance unit. Are you driven by working with people in need of health and medical care? Within municipal primary health care in our municipality, a multidisciplinary team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, registered nurses, and nurse assistants works together. Together, we provide care and support to approximately 260 patients. Our patients have varying needs, but what they have in common is that they need health and medical care services at home. Job Description We are looking for you with strong commitment who wants to work independently with people in need of health and medical care. We offer you an exciting job with varied tasks where you will assess, organize, and implement different interventions based on the individual's needs. Night staffing consists of one to two registered nurses on duty, predominantly one. As a sole registered nurse on duty, you also work closely with the night patrol team consisting of two nurse assistants. The position includes weekend work; you work every fourth weekend. There are four registered nurses in total staffing the night team. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a licensed registered nurse. have work experience as a registered nurse. have a class B driver's license. We would like if you have experience from municipal health and medical care. have education in psychiatry, palliative care, or dementia care. are a specialist-trained district nurse or alternatively trained in elderly care. Your personal qualities are important to us, and we will place great weight on them. We value that you demonstrate personal maturity by being responsible and confident in yourself, as these qualities enable you to provide safe and individually adapted health and medical care and make quick and well-founded decisions. Since the work is performed at night, we require that you as a registered nurse are flexible, independent, responsive, and solution-focused in your professional practice. Given the variety of tasks and different situations that may arise, you need the ability to work independently, take initiative, and have good judgment to prioritize effectively. Your communication and collaboration skills are also of great importance, both for creating trusting relationships and for good cooperation with colleagues to develop and maintain high quality in health and medical care.
