With us, you will be an important part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of district doctors, medical residents, associate physicians, physiotherapists, counselor/therapist, district and registered nurses, nursing assistants, rehabilitation coordinator, occupational therapist, and medical secretaries – all with the same ambition: to be the healthcare center with a big heart. Your role with us: As an operations-responsible nurse, you will, together with the operations manager, have overall responsibility for daily operations. The assignment comprises approximately 10–20% of your position. As operations-responsible, you will work with, among other things: Overall responsibility for daily patient flow Administrative work in TeleQ Scheduling and staffing planning for nurses In addition to this, you will work clinically as a nurse with: Telephone counseling Triage Reception work Who are we looking for? We are looking for you who: Are a licensed nurse with several years of experience from primary care Work in a structured manner and have a good ability to prioritize Enjoy taking responsibility and have an interest in coordination and operations development Meritorious for the position: Experience with TeleQ Expertise in asthma/COPD, smoking cessation, or similar We are looking for you who naturally work based on our core values: empathetic, engaged, and competent. You enjoy working both independently and in a team, have a good approach, and always put the patient in focus – whether the meeting takes place by phone or at the reception.
