The National Board of Institutional Care (SiS) is a public agency responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for adolescents with complex psychosocial challenges and for adults with substance abuse disorders. SiS also executes closed youth care. We operate youth homes and facilities for adults with substance abuse issues throughout the country. At SiS, your work life becomes an exciting challenge. Regardless of where in our organization you work or what position you hold, you help create vital change. SiS LVM-home Lunden receives women with alcohol, drug, or polysubstance abuse disorders. We admit clients with mental health issues and clients requiring medical care. We have operations in Lund. Job Description As a nurse with us, you have independent, stimulating, and challenging work where you make a difference for our clients with significant physical and mental health problems. Our clients, who are women, often have comorbidity issues. Beyond nursing care and medication management, your job encompasses everything from supportive conversations to acute interventions. You are part of a team and participate in treatment planning together with other professions such as physicians, psychologists, and other care staff. You collaborate with social services and other healthcare providers. We also have LARO services on one of our units. Documentation is recorded in the Take Care medical records system. We have a total of five nurses, one of whom is an IAS. Working hours are Monday-Friday, office hours. Qualifications Licensed nurse, preferably with several years of experience and preferably with specialist training in psychiatry or experience with our target population. We also consider it meritorious if you have experience with CBT and/or DBT. A driver's license is desirable but not required. At SiS, we prioritize good employee relations.
