Surgical Nurse
Popis:
We are expanding with more patient beds and therefore need to grow our team! We offer exciting work on day/evening/weekend shifts where no two days are the same. With us, you will meet and care for patients in need of both acute and postoperative care with a focus on upper and lower gastrointestinal, breast, vascular, urology, and oncological surgery patients, but other specialties may also be relevant. For newly qualified nurses, we have SPIK (specialist nurse in clinical service) who is responsible for helping and supporting new nurses. We provide good opportunities for a solid introduction both specific to the clinic and hospital-wide. If you are more experienced, there are opportunities for development through paid specialist training or research within surgical nursing. Curious? We'd love to hear from you—tell us more! About You We are looking for someone interested in surgery, who wants independent work and wishes to develop in your role as a nurse. Teamwork is important to us, and we expect you to be good at collaborating and flexible. In interactions with patients and their families, you are empathetic and keep the patient and their loved ones in focus. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Interviews and hiring take place on an ongoing basis, so do not delay your application! Start date September 1st or by agreement.
