The Healthcare and Social Services Administration is seeking engaged registered nurses who want to help create safe and high-quality care for our patients in residential care facilities. The positions are located at Brismarksgården in Hoting and Tåsjögården in Kyrktåsjö. One position is permanent and one position is a six-month contract. Tåsjögården in Kyrktåsjö is a residential care facility with 18 spaces, some of which are short-term placements. Brismarksgården in Hoting is a residential care facility with 15 spaces. Currently, three registered nurses/district nurses work in the Hoting/Kyrktåsjö area. Duty includes every sixth weekend, when the registered nurse is responsible for the residential care facilities Brismarksgården in Hoting, Tåsjögården in Kyrktåsjö, and Älvgården in Backe, as well as care recipients in regular housing within the area. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a registered nurse, your work includes • Responsibility for healthcare services according to the Health and Medical Services Act • Assess, plan, implement, and follow up on nursing interventions • Perform medical assessments, specimen collection, and treatment • Medication management, including preparation, administration, and follow-up • Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation staff, care personnel, and other healthcare providers • Provide guidance and support to care staff • Document in patient records in accordance with applicable legislation • Participate in quality and development work We Offer • Working hours according to a 6-week schedule plus weekend duty during daytime every sixth week, which provides a good work-life balance • Competent and engaged colleagues • Opportunities for professional development • Close collaboration in interprofessional teams • Secure employment terms according to applicable collective agreements QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who • Is a licensed registered nurse • Preferably has previous experience working in elderly care • Has good computer skills and experience with documentation in medical record systems • Driver's license class B is required for the position Personal Qualities • You are interested in developing our operations and have a positive outlook • You are responsible and can work both independently and with others • You are flexible and have the ability to work in different areas within the organization • You have good decision-making ability and can quickly make sound judgments • You are willing to share your professional experience and knowledge with others • You are attentive and service-oriented • You contribute to a positive atmosphere in your work group and recognize the importance of collaboration Employment Type: Permanent position.
