Experience and further education are merits. You are communicative, organized, and solution-focused - and you know that good patient interaction is just as important as medical competence. You have the courage to prioritize and lead with quality and patient safety in focus. Here we work for life, people, and the future! The HSL teams within each home care area consist of 3-4 nurses, 1 occupational therapist, and 1 physical therapist. Together with care staff and the area manager, we're close to decisions and close to patients. Welcome! Within the care and social services department, approximately 3,400 employees work to enable elderly people and people with disabilities to live active, social, and meaningful lives on their own terms.
