We are a great team with nurses, rehabilitation staff, a care assistant, an administrator, and two managers. We collaborate closely to ensure professional and person-centered care. You document in the municipality's electronic patient record system Procapita and follow the laws and governance documents that exist in the operations. The work tasks are varied and include, among other things: Perform scheduled home visits for example to set up TPN, change dressings, take samples. Respond to urgent assessments when needed. Care for end-of-life patients. Contact and support for family members. Secure and traceable documentation.
