About the Position Do you want independent and meaningful work where you truly make a difference, in one of Sweden's most beautiful coastal municipalities? We are now looking for a committed nurse for home health care in Mönsterås during the summer. With us, you work close to the patient in their home environment, with varied work tasks and great personal responsibility together with a competent and supportive team. The shift toward care close to home means that more and more services today take place in the patient's home, which gives the work a broad clinical scope that you rarely find in one place. 3 position(s). WORK DUTIES As a nurse in home health care, you work with planned and acute interventions in the patient's home. The work is independent but takes place in close cooperation with colleagues and care staff closest to the patient. You also have close collaboration with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and the region's physicians. Your work duties include, among others: • Health and medical care services in the home • Medication management • Assessments, follow-ups, and to some extent telephone advice • Guidance and delegation to care staff • Palliative care • Collaboration with other healthcare providers For documentation and record-keeping we use Lifecare and Cosmic Link. If you have experience with these systems it is a merit, but we always offer thorough introduction. Duration: Permanent. Individual salary setting applies. Salary range: 36,000 - 50,000 kr/month. The position is suitable for both newly graduated and experienced nurses – the salary is set based on your overall experience and competence within the healthcare field. Work Hours: The position is scheduled for day, evening, and weekend shifts according to schedule. Recruiting is ongoing and the position may be filled before the application period expires.
