Welcome to a values-driven organization Attendo Ektorpsgården in Lidingö is a small family-like residential facility with 35 apartments distributed across four units (dementia and somatic care). We have a stable and secure team with low staff turnover. Our staff consists of care assistants, nursing assistants, an operations manager, a group manager/planning coordinator, two unit manager nursing assistants, and two nurses. We are now seeking a new nurse colleague. We offer free staff parking if you drive. Job Description Permanent position 100% (negotiable) Working hours: 37 hours/week Work schedule: daytime approximately 8 AM–4 PM, and currently every third weekend (may become every fourth weekend) Start date: by agreement Does this description fit you? We are looking for someone who enjoys building good relationships with residents and their families, and who is driven by creating security, quality, and value in daily life. You are service-oriented, responsible, and comfortable both giving and receiving feedback and constructive criticism. The role involves coordinating and supporting care staff in daily work and contributing to a safe and well-functioning operation. An important part of the role is holding daily care meetings to ensure good communication and continuity of care. You will be responsible for the nursing care of approximately 18–20 residents, with a focus on ensuring safe, secure, and person-centered care. Work is conducted in accordance with the facility's annual schedule for planned reviews, follow-ups, and quality work. The position also includes participating in doctor rounds, following up on decided measures, and contributing a nursing perspective to medical work. Documentation is done in the Welfare documentation system, and the work includes registration and follow-up in quality registers including Senior Alert, the Palliative Register, and BPSD. Several digital systems are used in daily work, including Appva for medication administration. The role also involves contributing to the facility's competence development through educational and informational initiatives at staff meetings and other forums. Collaboration with different professional groups is a natural part of the work, with regular participation in team meetings with rehabilitation staff, nurse meetings, staff meetings, quality meetings, and management group meetings to develop and ensure high quality in the operation.
