Your New Workplace The emergency department at NÄL is the largest in the Västra Götaland Region with approximately 70,000 visits per year, making it one of the country's largest. As a nurse in NU Healthcare's round-the-clock care, you will receive additional compensation. About the Position The emergency department is a workplace with great variety and changing pace. As a nurse in the emergency department, you will work with specific patient care for patients with acute illness and/or injury requiring specialist healthcare. We work with patient prioritization and assessment based on a structured approach with value-creating patient care in focus. The work involves making quick decisions and maintaining composure in stressful situations. The work offers you great variety and significant development opportunities as no two days are alike. About You We are looking for a registered nurse with a committed and positive attitude. It is meritorious if you have experience in acute healthcare or are a specialist nurse within a competency area that benefits the operation. You have an interest in acute healthcare and are good at building relationships. You enjoy working in teams with other professions while being independent within your professional scope.
