About the role: As a Shipping Office Assistant with us, you receive transporters, administer transport documents, and help drivers get to the right location. You work closely with our warehouse and transport team and contribute to smooth logistics. Then we'd love to hear from you! Qualifications: B driver's license & access to a car if you don't live in Kisa. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Upper secondary school competence. Good knowledge of Excel. Meritorious: Experience with the business system SAP. Post-secondary education in logistics or a similar field. We are looking for someone who is: Service-oriented – You meet transporters and visitors with kindness and professionalism. Flexible and communicative – You thrive handling multiple tasks and contacts simultaneously. Thorough and structured – You have an eye for detail and ensure correct documentation. Independent – You take your own initiative and solve problems that arise in daily work. Analytical – You have an interest in numbers and statistics. Start date: August or by agreement Employment: Permanent position, salaried position. Probation may be applied.
