We are now seeking an SFI teacher for our SFI instruction. The Municipal Adult Education is part of Hjalmar Strömerskolan's operations and is conducted in the Learning Center's facilities. The upper secondary school Other educational programs within the upper secondary school's operations are conducted in adjacent facilities and serve over 250 students distributed across ten national programs. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES As an SFI teacher with us, you plan, conduct, and evaluate instruction in Swedish for immigrants according to the current curriculum. You meet students with different backgrounds, education levels, and goals, which means you have great variety in your daily work. Your main responsibilities: • Provide accredited instruction within SFI (study paths 1, 2, and 3). • Adapt pedagogy and differentiate instruction according to students' individual circumstances and needs. • Continuously assess and evaluate students' language development. • Use digital tools and learning platforms as a natural part of instruction. • Actively participate in the school's pedagogical development work and team meetings. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a certified teacher in Swedish as a Second Language. • You are confident in your professional role, flexible, and responsible. • You have the ability to create and maintain good relationships. • You have good knowledge within NPF. • You are driven and develop the school's learning environments with a focus on supporting students' knowledge and learning.
