Service & Bar Staff 80% needed at Engsholm Castle Would you like to work in a unique environment where service, quality, and hospitality are at the center? Engsholm Castle is now seeking an engaged and service-oriented server/bartender on an 80% basis with a desired start date before summer. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work in a beautiful castle setting by the sea, together with a wonderful team that is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. Our days consist of conferences, celebrations, dinners, and meetings where personal service and warm hospitality make the difference. We prefer that you live in our local area. We're looking for you if you: Have experience in serving and/or bartending. Are positive, responsible, and enjoy working at a fast pace. Have a genuine interest in food, beverages, and hospitality. Enjoy collaborating but can also take initiative on your own. Speak Swedish and English. Have a car for your own commute to and from work. We offer: A permanent position at 80% (with probationary period as agreed). Opportunity to start before summer. An inspiring workplace in a beautiful castle setting.
