About the Position OH Teknik is seeking a service technician for a central role in our initiative around service, assembly, and customer support. The position combines practical workshop work with field work at customer sites throughout Sweden. You will be an important part of both performing service and assembly work as well as contributing to the development of structure, work methods, and our service organization. For the right person, there are excellent opportunities to grow into a leading role. The work involves great variety, freedom, and travel, where you work largely at customer sites. Job Description You will work both practically and in a development-oriented capacity with assembly, service, and customer support. The work involves: - Performing assembly in the workshop and at customer sites - Installing and commissioning technical equipment in lubrication pits, repair shops, and depots - Working with service, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment - Troubleshooting and solving problems on-site at customer locations - Contributing to operational reliability and high customer satisfaction - Participating in the development of service organization, structure, and work methods - Creating and developing long-term customer relationships Work is conducted throughout Sweden and involves frequent travel and overnight stays. We Are Looking for You If You - Have technical education or equivalent experience in mechanics, assembly, or workshop work - Have experience with service and assembly work - Are practically minded and enjoy problem-solving - Have a class B driver's license and can speak/read/write Swedish Meritorious: - Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems - Experience with troubleshooting and technical customer service - Previous leadership or supervisory responsibility As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and responsible. You thrive with the variety between practical work and customer interaction, have a high quality mindset, and want to develop together with the company.
