About the Position OH Teknik is seeking a service technician for a key role in our focus on service, installation, and customer support. The position combines practical workshop work with field work visiting customers throughout Sweden. You will be an important part of both performing service and installation work as well as helping develop structure, procedures, and our service organization. For the right person, there are good opportunities to grow into a leadership role. The work offers great variety, freedom, and travel, where you will largely work with customers on-site. Job Description You will work both practically and strategically with installation, service, and customer support. The work involves: - Performing installation in the workshop and at customer sites - Installing and commissioning technical equipment in lubrication pits, workshops, and depots - Working with service, maintenance, and repair of technical equipment - Troubleshooting and solving problems on-site at customer locations - Contributing to operational reliability and high customer satisfaction - Participating in developing the service organization, structure, and procedures - Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships The work takes place throughout Sweden and involves frequent travel and overnight stays. We Are Looking for You If You - Have technical education or equivalent experience in mechanics, installation, or workshop work - Have experience with service and installation work - Are practically inclined and enjoy problem-solving - Have a B-class driver's license and can speak, read, and write Swedish Meritorious: - Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems - Experience with troubleshooting and technical customer service - Previous experience with responsibility or team leadership As a person, you are solution-oriented, self-driven, and take responsibility. You thrive with the variety between practical work and customer interaction, have a high quality mindset, and want to develop together with the company.
