This fall, one of our colleagues is going on parental leave, and we're looking for you to combine customer meetings with administrative tasks at a family-friendly facility with experienced colleagues. About You 🚘 You are attentive and build trust easily with customers and colleagues 🚘 You understand that accuracy and structure contribute to quality for both customers and colleagues 🚘 You can stay calm during more intense moments Since this is a temporary position, we see it as an advantage if you have some basic knowledge about cars to get up to speed in the work. We're looking for someone who has worked a few years in service and/or in a customer-facing role. It's an advantage if you have worked administratively with different systems, as the service advisor role involves a lot of administrative work in several different systems. About the Job As a service advisor, you are an incredibly important part of the customer's journey with us. With your commitment and professionalism, you create a safe and smooth experience for every customer. You'll be part of our team in Vimmerby where we work with the new car brands BMW, Ford, Hyundai, Nissan, and MG. Responsibilities 🚘 Help customers with bookings and questions 🚘 Schedule cars for technicians in the workshop 🚘 Proactively manage potential customers 🚘 Create and deliver quotes 🚘 Handle insurance matters and warranties When you start with us, we provide the training you need to succeed in your new role. You'll begin with an orientation to learn the basics of the work and get an introduction to working at Holmgrens Bil. You'll then have the opportunity to further develop in the role through training in customer satisfaction and systems.
