Job Description In the role of service advisor, you are responsible for customer contact with the workshop throughout the entire process and provide support and guidance. Our customers should feel that they have received professional service and excellent service before, during and after their visit. Your main responsibilities will be to; book customers, receive the customer's car, price the work performed and finally review the completed work with the customer when returning the vehicle. You will also work with value-added sales, assess warranty claims, handle customer complaints, manage insurance claims and guide customers on technical questions. Therefore, we require that you have a great interest in cars. In addition to your personal customer service, the computer and its systems are your primary work tools. Qualifications You are aware of what good service means. High stress level. Previous experience from service professions. Completed high school education. Good administrative skills. Computer skills and knowledge of the Office package. You have at least a class B driver's license. A manual transmission is a requirement. Swedish language in both speech and writing and English to be able to read manuals. Automotive technical education Experience working in Automaster; CABAS, ELSA and ETKA Merits Documented experience with similar tasks Great interest and some experience from the automotive industry Experience and knowledge of any of our brands (Volkswagen, Seat, Skoda, Audi). Personal qualities You are passionate about providing service and always strive to exceed customer expectations. You are efficient in your work, take initiative and you have a flexible working style where you can work towards multiple goals simultaneously, even under time pressure. It is important that you are a problem solver, as in this role you will meet different types of people and situations. You are responsive and know what you need to do to create a personal relationship with the customer and meet their needs.
