We are located in Jönköping as well as in Växjö, Värnamo, and Västervik. We offer both new and used motorhomes and caravans, and our workshops provide service, troubleshooting, testing, and damage repairs. About the Role As a Service Advisor with us, you will use your drive and commitment to help our customers enjoy a more secure experience with their recreational vehicles. Together with your colleagues, you will create an atmosphere in our customer reception that impresses our clients! Key Responsibilities: Sell, administer, and invoice workshop services, spare parts, and accessories Assist with workshop planning Plan delivery of sold items Handle warranties and insurance matters (Cabas) Ensure workshop colleagues have the right parts for their work Trade-in inspections, moisture testing, and basic service work may occur During spring and summer, our peak season, we experience high demand, significant customer flow, and many transactions across all departments. Excellent service, good atmosphere, and a cheerful mood define our company, and it's important that these qualities are maintained even during peak season. With your own drive and positive energy, you create workplace joy, and you can work both independently and as part of a team. We are looking for someone with several years of experience in a customer-facing and administrative role. You enjoy varied work days and can handle unexpected situations with a solutions-focused approach. You have good organizational skills and experience working in multiple different systems daily. The position is full-time and permanent, beginning with a six-month probationary period. A Class B driver's license is required. Application Deadline for applications is June 21, 2026.
