Our Expectations We are looking for you who have experience selling and closing complex B2B deals with industry or manufacturing companies. You have likely worked in technical sales, business development, key account management, or a customer-facing role related to process chemicals, industrial fluids, lubricants, metalworking fluids, surface treatment, process engineering, or similar areas. You understand how industrial customers make decisions and are experienced in managing multiple stakeholders in the same deal. As a person, you are self-driven, practical, trust-building, and persistent. You enjoy taking responsibility for revenue, creating momentum, and working closely with both technology and customer value. Interested?
