On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Developer for a technically advanced assignment focused on development, debugging, and problem-solving in complex environments where software, hardware, and automated workflows interact. The assignment requires on-site physical presence three days per week. You will work closely with developers and systems engineers to further develop and stabilize test and integration environments. Work tasks include debugging hardware-level test benches, managing issues affecting test automation teams, and improving CI/CD pipelines. The role also involves hands-on advanced debugging and technical problem-solving. The assignment takes place in an international environment with collaboration across different time zones. Work is conducted in English, and some flexibility may be needed for meetings outside regular working hours. The role involves technically advanced work in a complex environment and suits you if you work independently, take responsibility, and have a developer focus rather than a traditional QA perspective. Mandatory Qualifications Extensive practical experience with Linux. A clear developer-oriented perspective, rather than a traditional QA perspective. Ability to work independently and take responsibility in technically challenging situations. Extensive practical experience with Python. Documented background as a developer combined with broad technical understanding. Experience debugging technically complex systems. Extensive practical experience with CI/CD, such as GitHub Pipelines. A problem-solving and pragmatic approach to work. Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written. It is considered advantageous if you have worked in Android-based environments and have knowledge of tools such as PyTest, Appium, or Selenium. Experience with ADB, infotainment systems, or other hardware-level solutions is also seen as a significant plus.
