Töreboda and Gullspång municipalities are now seeking a senior project manager who wants to take responsibility for complex projects, primarily in real estate but also infrastructure. About the Position As a senior project manager, you will have a central role in the municipalities' technical operations, which are shared. You lead and drive projects from early stages to completion, with focus on: Real estate projects - new construction, renovations and refurbishment of municipal properties/facilities Street/water and sewage projects - planning, design and implementation of investments in the municipality's infrastructure Design and budgeting - you contribute technical expertise in early stages and ensure realistic cost assessments You work closely with colleagues in both municipalities and become an important part of a collaborative team where short decision-making processes and significant influence are everyday occurrences. Your Responsibilities Lead and coordinate projects within real estate, street and water/sewage Prepare and follow up on schedules, budgets and quality requirements Prepare and/or review design documentation Conduct calculations and cost assessments Manage procurements and contact with contractors Contribute to development of working methods and procedures within the technical field We're Looking for You If You Are confident and experienced and enjoy working in a broad role where you can combine structure, collaboration and problem-solving. Have the ability to create structure, drive work forward and manage multiple projects in parallel. Have good understanding of real estate and/or street/water and sewage Have relevant university education or equivalent experience Have experience in design and budgeting Are confident in the role as client and experienced in working with contractors Have experience with procurement and contract law Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have a B driving license, travel between municipalities is part of the position We Offer A broad and developmental role with great opportunity to influence community development.
