Walter Hansson ELAB is now looking for a Senior Estimator and Project Manager who wants to take on a key role in our operations. Here you'll combine business, technology, and project management – and directly influence both which projects we take on and how we deliver them. About the Role This is a central role in the company where you're responsible for the entire chain – from estimation and bidding to project execution. You will: Select the right projects Ensure profitability Drive projects forward alongside fellow project managers You'll become a natural link between customers, technicians, suppliers, and management – with great opportunity to influence both working methods and results. Your Main Responsibilities Estimation & Business Manage estimation and bidding for contracting projects Prepare cost calculations, material lists, and quotes Analyze risks, margins, and project economics Participate in technical and business discussions with customers Project Management Lead projects from start to finish Ensure budget, quality, and delivery Plan resources and staffing Follow up on projects and drive improvements Build long-term customer relationships Who Are You?
