ABOUT THE JOB Would you like to work night shifts during the summer at elderly care and group housing facilities in Lycksele Municipality? We are seeking experienced seasonal substitutes for our special housing facilities. Would you like to work nights at special housing within Support, Care and Services this summer? Being a seasonal substitute within Support, Care and Services means that during the period June through August, you will work as a substitute in our facilities when regular staff are on vacation. You can start your summer job earlier and begin training in the spring if desired. If you wish to continue as a temporary substitute in the fall, there are good opportunities for continued work. As a staff member at special housing, elderly care, or group housing, you help our residents with service and personal care. Our work is to make a difference so that our residents' quality of life is as good as possible. Being the one who can make a difference for others makes the work very rewarding. The most important tool we have is our demeanor and our smile, so that our fellow human beings feel seen and acknowledged. Work will be scheduled according to night shift schedules. YOUR PROFILE We believe in the right competence in the right place. We are looking for someone who has training in care and services or equivalent training that the employer considers equivalent, and experience with night work. It is important to us that you have an interest and commitment to working with people and that you feel confident in your professional role. As a person, you are a good listener, able to understand and empathize with others and their needs. You are confident in your professional role and take personal responsibility for your work. We also expect you to have professional demeanor and good collaboration skills, and to be flexible and able to prioritize work tasks according to prevailing circumstances, as we work with people. This means we will pay higher wages than the central agreement during the summer months. We also try to help with temporary housing if you have difficulty finding accommodation in Lycksele during your time working with us. ABOUT THE POSITION Duration: Seasonal substitute work June – August. Scope: 100% (night = 34.4 hours per week) or by agreement. Start date: By agreement. Salary: We apply individual salary setting.
