Responsibilities We're looking for you who wants to work to make our customers' everyday life more understandable, meaningful, manageable, and enriching. As a support services staff member, your responsibility is to support our customers to live as independently as possible based on their needs. You function as support in daily life regarding care, social matters, health and medical contacts, etc. You will be part of an environment that places high demands on collaboration and responsibility. You will also accompany our customers on walks, exercise, and other leisure activities. The work also includes maintaining good contact with family members, guardians, and others in the customer's circle. You will work with methods such as clarifying pedagogy and low-intensity interaction. The support services workplaces are located centrally and in outlying areas and may involve work during day, evening, weekend, and night shifts depending on your placement. Qualifications As a person, you are committed to your work and attentive to the customer's needs. You are flexible and have the interest, will, and ability to help others.
