Job Duties Your task with us will be to meet our elderly who need help and support in their daily lives, provide personal care and assistance to our clients. Your work will be to be there for someone who needs you, to facilitate and make possible things in everyday life that many of us take for granted. Your contribution may also include delegated tasks and HSL assignments from licensed personnel, such as wound care and medication. Documentation is part of your assignment. The workplaces within elderly care are located centrally and in outlying areas and involve work during day, evening, weekend, and night depending on your placement. Qualifications As a person, you are engaged in your work and attentive to the client's care needs. You are flexible and have interest, willingness, and ability to help others. We place great importance on personal suitability and ability to cooperate. Driver's license is required in several of our operations Good knowledge of the Swedish language Good digital IT skills If you have experience in healthcare and elderly care, this is an advantage.
