We need summer substitutes for residential support - both day/evening and night, childcare activities, stairwell housing, group homes, and personal assistance. The work is varied and stimulating. You will meet people from different backgrounds. Our activities run 24/7: daytime, evening, weekends, awake nights, and on-call duty; work hours vary at different workplaces. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in working with people. You need to be able to work independently and have a social and flexible approach. We work based on low-arousal interaction, where we aim to work in a calm and secure manner. Through good interaction and communication, we create trusting relationships. Education in healthcare and social care, children's and leisure activities, or other relevant education is meritorious. In certain activities, a category B driver's license is required. You need good Swedish language skills to be able to communicate and document. We use various digital apps for signing and documentation. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. All our summer substitutes become part of a team with colleagues where you can receive support and advice. You will also receive customized orientation that includes both theoretical and practical knowledge. Upon employment, an extract from the criminal records register must be provided. We are seeking summer substitutes for summer 2026. The vacation period is weeks 25-33.
