You support people who need it most and receive great gratitude in return. Regardless of where you choose to work in our operations, you get very good experience and memories for life. Society needs you! Your Assignment Within elderly care, we work with supporting and caring for elderly individuals. This can include personal care or taking medication on time, help with cleaning, support in making daily life function better. We offer work at one of our facilities or in the home of the person who needs help and support. Within disability services, we support people with various disabilities with personal care, practical tasks, leisure activities, and social contacts. We offer work within group housing, service housing, short-term housing, residential support, or personal assistance. Within elderly care and disability services, working hours are scheduled either during day and evening or evening and night. Night work is either awake night duty where you are expected to be awake all night, or sleeping on-call where you can sleep at night but be prepared to help if needed. In most of our operations, weekend work is also included. (Day services do not include weekend work). You Who Apply We are looking for you who are interested in trying out a career in care! You must be 18 years of age or older. You must be able to speak and write Swedish as you will be keeping social documentation, performing some medical procedures, and communicating with the individual. What is important for the job is your personal suitability, which means you should have a basic perspective that aligns with the social services' mission and values. You treat and show respect for the user's needs and wishes. It is meritorious if you have a degree from the healthcare and care program or the children and leisure program. Also if you have experience in personal care and support to people within our operations. Good knowledge of Swedish is required, both spoken and written. Meeting the criteria therefore does not guarantee housing. Housing is counted as taxable compensation according to applicable tax rules. The Employment Summer substitute 100%. Monthly or hourly employment. Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts. For work within certain operations, a valid extract from the criminal record register is required.
