About the Position As a school librarian with us, you play a central role in creating an inspiring and inclusive learning environment where literature, information research, and the joy of reading are in focus. The position is 75% and involves both strategic and operational work in developing the library's operations in close collaboration with the school's staff and students. Your Responsibilities You will: - Build and develop the school library as a pedagogical resource - Promote reading and language development among our students - Support students in information research and critical source evaluation - Collaborate with teachers to integrate the library into instruction - Create activities, projects, and reading promotion initiatives - Contribute to a calm, safe, and inspiring study environment With us, you'll have the opportunity to influence working methods, structure, and content and truly make your mark on the library's role in the school. Your Profile We're looking for someone with education in library and information science or equivalent experience. You are engaged, proactive, and have a strong interest in children's and young people's reading and learning. You are confident in your role, have strong collaboration skills, and enjoy working closely with both students and colleagues. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is necessary. Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, is required. Experience working in a school environment is a merit. Why Choose Us?
