About the Role As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model when it comes to commitment, drive, and customer service. We are now seeking a store associate for our VVS (plumbing) department. Your main tasks will primarily consist of sales and customer advice. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales skills, you ensure that customers can complete their projects. Examples of Common Tasks • Active sales of products within the VVS department • Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area • Responsible for incoming goods and product displays, as well as setting up and reorganizing the department • Analyze the department's product presentation • When needed, assist in other departments Your Profile • High school diploma or equivalent, plus retail experience • Relevant professional experience/education in VVS (plumbing) • Passionate about offering our customers the best possible service • Through professional advice on our broad product assortment, help customers realize their projects • As a person, you are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented • Good physical condition as some departments require heavier lifting • Advantageous if you have a forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) We Offer • Structured onboarding plan • Internal opportunities for qualification and development Working Hours/Duration: Fixed-term, seasonal. Part-time 5 hours/week. Scheduled working time 10 hours every other weekend. Start Date: Immediate - 30/9 - 2026
