In our warehouse receiving department, you will work together with your colleagues to ensure an efficient goods flow from receiving until the product reaches the store floor. For this position, your main responsibilities will consist of handling complaints and returns. Examples of Common Tasks Unloading and loading goods, delivery of products to the store Conduct quantity/quality inspections on merchandise deliveries Manage internal inventory supply and logistics Handle return processing and transport back to suppliers Enter delivery notes and return documentation Waste management Document management Your Profile High school diploma or equivalent, plus retail experience Previous experience with complaint handling is a plus Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service Deliver professional advice on our wide range of products to help customers realize their projects Strong sense of service and customer orientation, plus knowledge of logistics Thorough and solution-oriented Forklift certification (A1-A4 & B1-B4) and experience operating at least a low-lift truck is required Valid driver's license (Category B) is required What We Offer Structured onboarding plan Internal opportunities for training and development Work Hours/Duration: Temporary, seasonal position. Part-time 30 hours/week. Working hours are weekdays plus every other weekend. Salary: Salary according to collective agreement. Start Date: June 1 - August 31, 2026
