With support from leaders and colleagues, you develop step by step – with the goal of taking the step to Team Leader. When you're ready, you'll get greater responsibility where you: Work with your own sales in the field – and lead by example through your performance. Coach, motivate and support your team toward common goals. Contribute to strong team spirit, sales culture and work environment. This is a perfect role for you who has a sales drive – but also a desire to develop others. ✅ We're looking for you who: Have experience in sales – preferably field or face-to-face. Are social, responsible and motivated by goals. Have an interest in coaching, inspiring and leading others. Have a Class B driver's license and are free from remarks in the criminal record and credit register. Can work Monday–Thursday 13-21 and Friday 10–18. Previous leadership experience is a merit – but not a requirement.
