With support from leaders and colleagues, you'll develop step by step – with the goal of taking the leap to Team Leader. When you're ready, you'll take on greater responsibility where you: Work with direct field sales – and lead by example through your performance. Coach, motivate, and support your team toward common goals. Contribute to a strong team spirit, sales culture, and work environment. This is a perfect role for you if you have a drive to sell – but also a desire to develop others. ✅ We're looking for you if you: Have sales experience – preferably field or face-to-face. Are social, responsible, and motivated by goals. Have an interest in coaching, inspiring, and leading others. Have a Class B driver's license and are clear of any remarks in the criminal record and credit registers. Can work Monday–Thursday 1–9 PM and Friday 10 AM–6 PM. Previous leadership experience is a plus – but not a requirement.
