We sell, design, and deliver for real! For two generations, we've sold and delivered over 5,000 projects throughout Sweden, and now we're heading to the next level. Now we need more people who can deliver and want to be part of our journey! What you'll do: Sell and design solar installations, energy storage systems, window replacements, roof replacements, and heat pump installations (residential, agricultural) Run your own deals from first contact to close Work with door-to-door sales, meetings, and leads Own the customer relationship and deal all the way through Contribute to the team - we build teams What you get: Market's best commissions A company that already has volume - you're not starting from zero Support in design, purchasing, installation, service, and support Real products from well-known brands Opportunity to grow into team leader / management role Who you are: We don't really care about your CV, but: You're comfortable talking to people (yes, even cold calling) You like money and are willing to work for it You take responsibility and don't blame the weather, market, or "the leads" You have guts - this isn't an 8-5 job where everything is handed to you Bonus if you: Have sales experience Know something about construction / electrical / solar energy Have a driver's license (otherwise it's going to be really tough) Why Grönborgs?
