Welcome to apply! About the Position This is a full-time assignment where you will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Telia. As a consultant at Bravura, you'll have a dedicated consultant manager who supports your development, follows up on how you're doing in your role, and is available for support throughout the assignment. Welcome to Telia, better networks, better experiences! 💼 Responsibilities In your role as a customer service representative at Telia, you are the customer's first contact and an important part of creating a positive experience. You receive incoming calls from private customers and assist with questions regarding invoices and payment solutions. The role involves more than traditional customer service – you actively work to understand the customer's needs, provide advice, and guide customers to solutions that create long-term value. The role also involves answering customers via text, where it's important to communicate well. You will develop your dialogue skills through daily work presenting comprehensive solutions to customers. You'll be part of a team where personality, engagement, and the desire to develop are highly valued. • Receive incoming calls and support customers with their issues • Analyze needs and provide advice that creates value for the customer • Actively work to develop customer dialogue and identify relevant solutions 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Have completed upper secondary education • Have experience from service, customer contact, or sales • Speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English To thrive in the role, you are someone who wants to develop and dares to challenge yourself in your professional role.
