Tranås Industrikablage is part of HP Tronic Group, which offers development, manufacturing, and logistics of cables, control systems, and test systems for industrial applications. Sustainability should guide all our actions, from the first business contact through the entire product lifecycle. HP Tronic Group currently operates in Ljungby, Lund, and Tranås in Sweden, Suzhou China, Ruse Bulgaria, and Pune, India. The business generates approximately 700 Mkr in revenue and employs approximately 310 people. We are now seeking two Sales and Operations Planners for our new Customer Service department. About the role: As a Sales and Operations Planner, your primary task is to act as the link between sales, purchasing, and production, with a focus on balancing customer demand with production capacity. Your main responsibilities include: - Ensuring production is planned considering available capacity and material supply o Receive and register customer orders o Order acknowledgment o Rough schedule production based on set capacity and material availability o Create and release production orders o Reschedule customer orders as needed o Manage and plan orders based on customer forecasts - Ongoing price adjustments to customers according to applicable agreements and maintenance of price lists - Managing customer-requested changes to existing products - Administration and quote preparation for incoming customer inquiries As part of this recruitment, a quality technician position at 50% is also available. We anticipate that one of the two positions will be structured as 50% Sales and Operations Planner and 50% Quality Technician. In your role as Quality Technician, main responsibilities include: - Handling external complaints, responding to 8D reports to customers - Supporting production with internal complaints - Ensuring quality documentation according to PAPP process is delivered in projects - Participating in internal and external audits such as customer audits or ISO audits Who are you: To succeed in this role, you should enjoy broad contact surfaces, be service-oriented and communicative. You have a good understanding of manufacturing industries and value "quality from the start" and are a team player. You can interact with people both inside and outside the organization. Competency Profile: Relevant education or equivalent work experience. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant programs. It is beneficial to have good experience with MPS Monitor. For the Quality Technician role, previous work experience is advantageous. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
